August 2022, we took a leap to attend HMONG Hustlers conference in Florida. Peter and I knew we wanted to scale but was planning, after planning. We decided to attend the conference, hoping to help us get more information. It was affirmation that we're on the right path, and everything we knew was on track. My husband is introvert, and is shy but whatever he learned from the conference, he has been on FIRE. Since the conference, we now have 2 investment properties and working on the 3rd. The 2 investment properties was completed within 6 months. I really think it was “GROW SOME BALLS” on serious note, understanding that being Hmong can bring barriers but how to excel from our tradition. All future plans from here on out is, SCALE. It was a blessing God encourage us to attend the conference.
We truly appreciated everyone who helped with the conference. Thank you to the speakers and Chai Xiong who all made an impact. It has been a life changing journey and will only get better.

The most defining event/moment of this year for me was attending the HMONG Hustlers Millionaires Conference. I’d seen the great work that Chai has done on his platform and I was excited to hear from the different speakers he had coming. I had hoped to listened to more of their different videos, but due to time constraints I wasn’t able to.
During the event, I was completely blown away by how open they were, and how encouraging and real each of them were. These are folks who had surpassed the scarcity mindset, and were offering to us all the abundance of knowledge they had gained. They laid out blueprints, opened up their portfolios, and encouraged us with their stories and no-nonsense advice.
